Benefits
Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Kids Wonder group health insurance plans on the 1st of the month following 2 months of employment. Kids Wonder pays 50% of the employees health insurance premium.
Full-time employees are offered the option to participate in the Kids Wonder group dental and vision insurance plans.
All team members who work in the play center earn a share of the tips from birthday parties and snack bar sales.
Employees over 18 will be eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after 1 year of service. Kids Wonder will match 100% of the first 1% you contribute and 50% on the next 5%. To simplify, if you contribute 6% of your pay, Kids Wonder will contribute 3.5% of your pay to your 401(k). The Company match is vested immediately.
For full-time employees we know you work hard and believe that taking time off from work is essential, both personally and professionally, so we offer Paid Time Off (PTO) to our full-time employees. Our part-time employees can accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick leave per year which can be used for designated purposes to support an employees or their families needs.
To support our staff with intentions of attending college or an accredited trade school, Kids Wonder offers an opportunity to earn $1 for every hour worked toward tuition reimbursement. See the employee handbook for more details.
If Team Members work a minimum of 8 hours per week, they receive a free membership for their children.
