We are hiring a Sales/Play Associate - full time and part-time hours available. ONLY open 9am-3/5or7pm. No evening/night hours.

You must be able to:

• With a smile on your face pick up, clean and sanitize toys.
• Communicate and interact with small children in a caring and engaging way.
• Communicate and interact with parents in a supportive and friendly way.
• Other tasks as needed.

Kids Wonder is a magical place. We are a fun young children's playcenter. Lil'Town, Bounce Houses, playdates, birthdays and so much to do. Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: Training Provided.:

• Must have great attention to detail, strong team member and willing to really care about your job.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with small children in a caring and engaging way.
• Must be able to communicate and interact with parents in a supportive and friendly way.
• Must be willing/able to train, supervise and be a hard working example to young staff.
• Must be able to manage play center in the absence of the Manager.
• Must be able to assist with inventory, ordering and management of items.
Must be able to memorize, communicate, and promote facts and amenities of the play center.
• Must be able to book birthday parties, classes, and promote community partners.
• Must be able to be the FACE of Kids Wonder, answering calls, applicants, help in emergencies, help receive goods and know when to ask management for assistance.
• Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, stand for long periods of time and carry items for restock. Very physical job.
• Must find enjoyment in interacting with young children, including buying fake pizza and helping find a pretend puppy (for example).
• Experience working and using Square POS system preferred but not required.

We are hiring a Party Host! We need someone with a great personality, very friendly and good with time management. We've been voted Best Birthday Party in CO four years in a row! Become part of our team!

This position will also help with Friday Family Nights, special events and enrichment activities throughout the year.

You must be able to:

• Follow our process to host a children's party including setting up tables and decorations, providing service, cleaning up, and preparation for next party.
• Know party offerings, items to upsale and provide service to party family.
• Help planning and executing special events.
• Communicate and interact with small children in a caring and engaging way.
• Communicate and interact with parents in a supportive and friendly way.
• Other tasks as needed.
• Have reliable transportation.

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the Kids Wonder group health insurance plans on the 1st of the month following 2 months of employment. Kids Wonder pays 50% of the employees health insurance premium.

Full-time employees are offered the option to participate in the Kids Wonder group dental and vision insurance plans.

All team members who work in the play center earn a share of the tips from birthday parties and snack bar sales.

Employees over 18 will be eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan after 1 year of service. Kids Wonder will match 100% of the first 1% you contribute and 50% on the next 5%. To simplify, if you contribute 6% of your pay, Kids Wonder will contribute 3.5% of your pay to your 401(k). The Company match is vested immediately.

For full-time employees we know you work hard and believe that taking time off from work is essential, both personally and professionally, so we offer Paid Time Off (PTO) to our full-time employees. Our part-time employees can accrue up to 48 hours of paid sick leave per year which can be used for designated purposes to support an employees or their families needs.

To support our staff with intentions of attending college or an accredited trade school, Kids Wonder offers an opportunity to earn $1 for every hour worked toward tuition reimbursement. See the employee handbook for more details.

• Snack and non-alcoholic drinks are available for the Team Member (associated with a shift) for a 50% discount.
• Team Member is welcome to free hot coffee and tea.
• Team Members are welcome to 20% discount on items from the gift shop.
• Team Members are welcome to a 20% discount on the cost of a birthday party, not including add-ons.

If Team Members work a minimum of 8 hours per week, they receive a free membership for their children.
