Kids Wonder Celebrates Five Years in Business Following Award-Winning 2023
CENTENNIAL, CO — On February 2nd, 2024, Kids Wonder will celebrate their 5th year in business as South Denver Metro’s only intentional play center! This comes at the culmination of an award-winning 2023 where Kids Wonder was voted Favorite Party Venue and Favorite Entertainment Venue for Kids in the annual Colorado Parent Magazine Family Favorites awards, as well as #3 in Kids Out and About Top 20 Places to Take Kids. In addition to these awards, Kids Wonder was also hand-selected to be featured as a “World’s Greatest!” company and featured on their television series in 2023.
While the play center opened its doors in 2019, it was during 2023 that Kids Wonder truly solidified their mission of nurturing child development, enriching the community, and uniting families. Kids Wonder doubled the size of their Lil’ Town with new imagination centers, adding an airport, pizzeria, public works, library, post office, and coffee shop to their already large variety of imaginative play areas. Lil’ Town now occupies most of the large 13,000-square-foot space. It is popular with kids as soon as they learn to walk and provides pretend play that encourages imagination, social skills, communication, conflict resolution, and exploration.
In 2023, Kids Wonder also rolled out new Perinatal Yoga classes to help empower women to embrace the challenges of pregnancy and postpartum with confidence and wellness, and new Parent and Baby classes to support healthy child development and foster learning and growth in a safe, engaging, and supportive environment.

Annually, Colorado Parent magazine asks readers to tell them who the best of the best is for families. For the third year in a row, Kids Wonder has been voted as the winner of both the Favorite Entertainment Venue for Kids and the Favorite Party Venue categories.
KidsOutAndabout.com surveys Denver-area parents each year to find out where they love to take their kids. In 2023 Kids Wonder was recognized as #3 in the Kids Out and About Top 20 Places to Take Kids in Denver, behind only the Denver Zoo and Denver Museum of Nature and Science.

Kids Wonder is an indoor play center for children located in the South Denver Metropolitan area, offering unique play opportunities for kids aged six months to six years old. The center is open seven days a week and focuses on unstructured and child-driven play that promotes physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development in a safe and friendly environment.
