What are the benefits of a membership?

How much does a membership cost?

For one kiddo it is only $69 per month, for the second it is only $30 more, and for a third or more it is only $20 per kiddo per month.

How can I pay for a membership?

Kids Wonder accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment for memberships. Kids Wonder does not accept gift cards, vouchers, or coupons for payment of memberships.

When will I be billed for my membership?

You will be billed for the first month of the membership immediately upon activation. Then you will automatically be billed one month later and each month thereafter or until the membership is cancelled.

How much are the member discounts?

10% off Great birthday parties and 5% off on Super and Awesome birthday parties (additions and a la carte items are not subject to discount), 10% off in the gift shop and snack bar, and 10% off of adult education classes.

Is the membership associated with the child(ren)?

Each membership is registered to the child(ren), there is no need to tell us who will bring your child(ren) before their visit. Adults must check-in with the Team Member at the front desk, who will verify child(ren)’s active membership. A signed waiver and rules acknowledgement must be completed for each child before each admission.

Can I add a sibling to the membership later?

Yes, from the My Subscription tab on your account page you can easily add or remove a sibling from the membership.

Can I activate a membership for more than three children?

Yes, select the links below:

  • Click Here to activate a Membership for Four Children for only $139 per month.
  • Click Here to activate a Membership for Five Children for only $159 per month.
Can unrelated children be registered on the same membership?

Multiple children on one membership must be siblings – members of the same family.

How often can we visit if we have a membership?

With a membership you can come whenever we are open, as often as you'd like, and play for as long as you want, or until we close.

Is there a sign-up fee for memberships?

No, we never charge a sign-up fee.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, we offer the option to easily put your membership on a one month hold if you are going to be out of town or just won't be able to visit for a while. To do so:

  • Visit your Kids Wonder account page
  • Log in with your user name or email address, and password
  • Go to the My Subscriptions tab (On the Web site Memberships are managed as Subscriptions)
  • Click the Put membership on hold for 1 month button
  • Click the confirm button

The membership will now show the reactivation date, which will be one month from today. If you would like to manually reactivate the membership any time during that one month window, simply click the Reactivate button. Manual reactivation of the membership will cancel the one month hold and membership will be billed as originally scheduled.

When can I cancel my membership?

A membership may be cancelled at any time by logging into your Kids Wonder account. To avoid being charged for the next month, memberships must be cancelled prior to the end of the monthly billing period. Memberships are not prorated and refunds are not given for cancellation prior to the end of a billing period, however cancelled memberships can continue to be used until the end of the pre-paid period.

Is there a cancellation fee if I want to cancel a membership?

No, we never charge a cancellation fee.

What is a Subscription?

On our Web site Memberships are managed as Subscriptions and are referenced that way in some places. Please use the My Subscription tab to edit or update credit card info, re-activate (Resubscribe), place on hold, or cancel a childs membership.
